Lanes and Lanes and Lanesis the debut album from The Truffle Pigs. The group consists of Stephanie Hughes, Amy Hill and Al Montfort on mainly acoustic instruments. They've played infrequently but intentionally over years at weddings, divorces, new years blowouts, anarchist bookshops and tight corners - all the while stockpiling voice memos of the finest gossip, reality, romance, science and garbage. 

The album features the familiar songwriting of these free-tram-zone troubadours in a stripped back fashion. Its their first release, and the first release on the illustrious Docklands Records imprint.

Recorded and mixed by the band themselves, Lanes and Lanes and Lanes is a short hatchback trip to nann’s, the casino and the leisure centre. We are switching lanes on the freeway, switching lanes at the leisure centre, only to head back the next day to confirm the lifeguard wasn’t an extra from MAFS. He wasn’t. But thanks for doing the work.
